3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle subscription payments. For web subscriptions, we use Stripe, Inc. For iOS App subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat, Inc.
We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card details on our servers. Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Subscription Data We Store
We store limited subscription-related data to manage your account and provide the Services, including:
- Subscription status (active, cancelled, expired)
- Subscription plan type (monthly, annual)
- Billing period start and end dates
- Payment processor customer identifiers (e.g., Stripe Customer ID)
Usage Tracking
We track daily quiz completion counts to enforce free-tier usage limits. This data is stored in association with your user account and includes the number of quizzes completed per calendar day. This usage data is used to determine whether you have reached your daily free quota and to provide you with accurate information about your remaining usage.
4. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We may share your information in the following situations:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe, Apple, RevenueCat), hosting (Google Cloud/Firebase), and analytics.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

- RevenueCat: Cross-platform subscription management for mobile

Quiz usage data (daily completion counts) is retained for as long as necessary to enforce usage limits and for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page of the Services or by contacting us.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information and account

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. The Services are hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
